- Aceptaremos pedidos periódicamente de forma limitada, que anunciaremos en su debido momento en este blog.
- El cliente deberá hacerse cargo de los gastos de envío (ida y vuelta).
- Reservar una de las plazas de nuestros períodos de encargos, implica que el cliente se compromete a seguir con el pedido. Debido a ello, se cobrará un 15% en concepto de señal antes de empezar con el encargo y el resto, al finalizarlo. Dicha señal no será reembolsada en caso de cancelación.
- Los pagos se realizarán mediante transferencia bancaria (CAM o BBVA) o por Paypal como pago personal – regalo.
- Se repetirá el maquillaje íntegro una sola vez de manera gratuita. El resto de las repeticiones se cobrarán como un maquillaje nuevo. De ahí la necesidad de rellenar el formulario de la forma más completa y exacta posible.
- Sólo aceptamos cabezas de resina.
- Nos comprometemos a finalizar los trabajos en un plazo máximo de dos semanas.
Maquillajes:
- Cabezas tamaño SD/70cm: 20€
- Cabezas tamaño MSD: 15€
- Cabezas tamaño Yo-SD o inferiores: 12€
Enviadnos las cabezas bien limpias y sin restos de pintura u otros; cobramos 3€ por desmaquillar. Incluimos pestañas (sujeto a disponibilidad) en todos los maquillajes si las solicitáis por 2€; si enviáis pestañas junto con vuestra cabeza las ponemos gratis. Sólo una repetición por maquillaje, el resto de repeticiones costarán el precio entero.
Blusheados:
- Muñecos tamaño SD/70cm: 40€
- Muñecos tamaño MSD: 30€
- Muñecos tamaño Yo-SD o inferiores: 20€
Tensados, servicios de hot-glue/sueding:

- We will accept limited periodic orders wich will be announced on time in this blog.
- Customer will have to pay shipping taxes (sent and back).
- Holding one of the slots of our commissions periods means that the customer is completing the order. Because of that, a 15% of the price will be required as a deposit before starting the commission, the rest will be required when finished. This deposit won’t be refundend if cancelled.
- Payment will be done trough Paypal and customer shall add the taxes (5%).
- Faces-up will be repeated only once for free. Next repeats will have to be payed for full, so you need to fill the form completely and accurately.
- We only accept resin heads.
- We promise we will finish every work in two weeks max.

Face-ups:
- SD/70cm sized heads: 20€
- MSD size heads: 15€
- Yo-SD sized or smaller heads: 12€
Send the heads very clean and without any rest of painting or others; we ask 3€ for cleaning heads. We include eyelashes (if we have in stock) in every face-up if you ask for them, it costs 2€; if you send the eyelashes with your doll's head we put them for free. Only one remake per face-up, the rest will cost the whole amount.
Blushing:
